About Cato

Joe Cato is a degree-qualified civil engineer with over 40 years experience in the civil construction industry.

He worked for several construction companies and construction materials companies before starting his own civil contracting business in 1988 in Wollongong, NSW. He further expanded his business interests with an asphalt paving company as well as a decorative asphalt business.
